Bought a Samsung smart watch from the sight, the watch stopped turning on after one month. When contacting the company they said they couldn’t fix it due to ‘water damage’ the watch itself is and can stay under 5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes per manufacturers instructions. They wouldn’t fix the watch as it’s ‘not under warranty’. Wouldn’t recommend as the watch was probably faulty to begin with - will use another sight in future.

Watch arrived and despite being listed as "good", it didn't even work. I would also say the condition was "fair" rather than good as both the screen and bezel were incredibly scratch. I have had my old watch that this one was replacing for 3 years, worn 24/7 and even that's it much better condition than the one from Back Market. Refund request was sent and the watch repacked in the original box with Back Market-supplied label. I then received a strange message from the customer team to say the watch had been received by the seller but if it actually a watch from a different seller so I can only assume Back Market either Sent me out the wrong watch in the first place, sent me the wrong return label or have simply mixed up the parcel. Either way, I would like them to put their mistake right ASAP and issue me with my refund so I can actually purchase a watch that works this time.
