    Dobry den Back market, ste vyborny obchod, dostal som dobry tovar a rychlo. Iba by som potreboval zmenit fakturacnu adresu. Rad by som si nechal firme, v ktorej pracujem preplatit tento monitor a oni potrebuju svoju fakturacnu adresu. Uz som ju zamenil v svojom profile. Pomohli by ste mi, pokial by sa to dalo. Prosim.     I ordered a Dell Precision 3581 from Back Market and so far I am very happy with my purchase. My laptop arrived promptly and it's condition was comparable with brand new. Everything works perfectly. It was a huge saving versus a new one and it's also great to have saved a lot of waste by choosing a refurbished product. Great experience - would definitely recommend!

    Bonjour, Achat effectué le 26 Décembre, livré le 30 Décembre. Livré en très bon état (rien de cassé). La machine (le PC) est conforme à la description (corei5, ssd, processeur et autre), elle est jolie. Sans rayures ou quelconque dommage à l'apparence. Sur le fond, c'est-à-dire la performance, après près d'un mois d'utilisation, la batterie tient 3h à 4h (et plus, 4H30, 4H45) selon l'usage. La machine est rapide et tout fonctionne, le wifi, le micro, haut-parleur. Comme il n'y a pas d'œuvre parfait, je cite deux bémols : la luminosité de la caméra (je ne sais pas comment régler). Et le ventilo du pc qui fait un léger bruit quand ça tourne, mais après une semaine cela s'est arrêté. Actuellement ce bruit est difficilement audible et rare. Je conseille vivement l'achat du reconditionner Dell Latitude 5490 très bon état. Merci.

    Super contente de cet écran reconditionné. Le carton est arrivé un peu abîmé mais plus de peur que de mal car l’écran était confortablement installé dans du papier bulles ! L’écran fonctionne bien, est comme neuf et exempt de toute rayure. Ultra satisfaite, et hâte d’avoir l’occasion d’acheter du reconditionné ❤️

    Pour le moment après la mise en service ce week-end, tout fonctionne correctement. L’écran est en parfait état visuel pour un écran reconditionné. C’est notre second écran de ce modèle destiné au télétravail (configuration identique à celle de notre employeur).

    écran rien à dire . juste un peu rayé mais ca reste du reconditionné . Emballage parfait . bien protégé . Il y a juste le cordon d'alimentation qui à la prise cassé . J'en ai d'avance donc pas de souci . je n'ai même pas contacté le SAV car c'était secondaire .

    I've bought a couple of refurbished Lenovo Think Pads for our field team over the past 12 months but they were from a different refurbisher, not through BackMarket. As the other company didn't have any in stock when I needed another one, and having purchased 3 refurbished mobiles from Back Market before and been delighted, I thought I'd give one a go. The laptop works perfectly and is quick, suggesting that much of the bloat associated with new equipment has been removed. The case is a bit 'shiny', unlike the matt finish I've received before so I suspect this has been done to try to make the laptop look as good as it could, and someone went a bit overboard with the dashboard polish! Personally, I'd have preferred a slightly scratched matt finish but this is a minor gripe. I'm in the process of loading some diagnostic software and this is a time consuming and tricky process but the laptop seems to be handling it ith ease, so if it performs as well in the field once it reaches its new owner, I'll be a happy shopper.

    Très bonne expérience sur BackMarket. Rien à redire c'était parfait. Mon nouveau PC Lenovo est en très bon état. Un problème survient assez vite à l'usage : le pavé tactile est tellement usé au centre qu'il y a une différence de sensibilité, du coup des clics parasitent surviennent. C'est très agaçant et cela m'étonne que ça n'ai pas attiré l'attention des reconditionneurs

    The Dell laptop is as stated on your website. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished item but have been pleasantly surprised. As an older person I just have to learn how to use it properly.
