The condition is more than correct, it is like new with just a small friction scratch on the side. You have to know it to see it. The only downside is the packaging in multiple layers of bubble wrap and covered with black plastic. Despite this, the machine arrived in perfect condition (thanks Chronopost). The machine works perfectly. A little stress with the first cup, which was more of a trickle than an espresso. It was just time for the circuit to re-prime, because the second cup was perfect. Thanks backmarket, another good purchase, to replace mine that broke down out of warranty.
