    The watch came well packaged and on time. It was supplied with aftermarket straps and charger, but that wasn't an issue as they both work fine. This was an 'excellent' condition purchase and it's a fair evaluation as the screen and bezel are in mint condition. A couple of signs of wear on the underside but that's never going to be seen anyway. It probably doesn't get the full usage time that Samsung state so whether that's down to their over optimism or the fact that the battery isn't quite 100% I'm not sure, but it lasts a good day and a half with the always on screen turned off. So just a couple of little things that remind that it's a refurbished product, but given the price I'd say it's great value for money, and I'd happily use Back Market again in the future 👍

    Je suis très satisfaite de cet achat. Une grande première pour moi puisque j'étais sur l'apple watch juste avant. Et bien je trouve que le concurent Samsung relève le défi haut la main avec cette montre qui offre bien plus de possibilités que sa rivale. En ce qui concerne le reconditionnement, je suis contente, l'écran est parfait, le cadran a lui cependant quelques rayures alors que le grade de la montre était "parfait état", donc juste un micro bémol sur ce point. Sinon rien à dire! 👍

    The watch is practically brand new. Either I was lucky, or the refurbishment in this case was amazing. Package had clearly been opened (from new), and some of the plastic packaging holding stuff together was ripped, but the watch itself is in perfect condition. 100% recommended, and looking forward to my 3rd purchase 👍

    Fantastic experience, I'm not sure if I got a new device or refurbished, the box was sealed and everything inside too. I'm beyond happy with a great deal I have got. And the watch Galaxy 5 pro is really cool.

    Lieferung war angemessen schnell (Versand von Estland nach Deutschland), Produkt der Beschreibung/Qualität entsprechend mit kleinen Kratzern, aber alles völlig im Rahmen! Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt! Refurbished ist auf jeden Fall ein gangbarer weg 👍

    J'avais peur de prendre du reconditionné par rapport à la batterie. Je recharge la montre tous les deux jours environ. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat ! La livraison s'est très bien passée et j'ai été livré avant la date prévue ! Je recommande Back market !

    Bought this as a gift for my partner for Christmas. He has wanted one for ages but smart watches are so expensive. I have the exact same watch so I knew they were good and just what he wanted. I have never bought refurbished tech before but I will never go back to buying new now!! Bought the watch in excellent condition and I could not believe the price. Absolutely perfect!! Not a scratch or mark on it, works perfectly and he loves it, he was so happy with the gift. Fantastic service and super fast delivery. I will definitely reccomend back market to friends and family and will be coming back when we need a phone or other gadget. Not one complaint and love that it comes with a warranty

    Il orologio è arrivato in condizioni perfette sembra nuovo non è presente nulla che può dimostrare che è un ricondizionato. Nella scatola è presente anche il caricatore originale. Mi sono trovato molto bene anche con la garanzia di 12 mesi. Ottimo!!

    Ongekende CustomerService !!! Vanaf de bestelling tot ná de bezorging: ik ben nog maar zelden zo enthousiast op de hoogte gehouden van mijn aankoop (via mail - Smartwatch - refurbished). Je krijgt echt het gevoel dat er iets heel bijzonders onderweg is en uiteindelijk bleek dat ook zo te zijn ! Mijn smartwatch kwam uit Estland en ik had hem binnen 2 dagen in huis (!). Geen seconde spijt van mijn aankoop !
