Waste of time and money. The robot never worked properly, making a horrendous noise, so was rarely ever used, but had a piece break twice within a few months regardless. The worst part though, was the post-sales care. The only "solution" given was that we changed the piece ourselves. They blamed it all on the poor or lack of maintenaince on our part when we hadn't had a problem like that with other robots that we did use regularly for years. Could have used some minimum assistance regarding the replacing of that piece, but there was none. Have tried to post here more detailed explanations but somehow they won't get validated. It is unfortunate that we won't buy anything else from this website after this very dissapointing experience.
