Hudobný nástroj Roland RD-700NX

Product came badly damaged and two weeks later as it should. (Generously they gave me my DHL 3 days delivery fee back). Now i have to spend time with packing it back and on own expenses sending, which is not that much less, because its big stage piano around 25kg. Im really worry how this story will continue and if i will get my money back. I'm from Slovakia and Backmarket was available to send it just to Austria, where i hardly get to take it,specially in this Corona conditions on boards. I hope i can use Slovakian DHL to send it back and be refunded for sending. Because i cant get to Austria personally, otherwise i would be force stay there in quarantine for one week at least. hope this story will finish soon as possible.
