The product quality is quite good, with a very good price/quality ratio. Delivery, from payment to receipt of the product, was fast, but the BackMarket website does not follow the delivery process; I had already received the product and on the website it continued as "in preparation" for several days afterwards. The product was delivered on 11MAR and today 17MAR I still haven't received the invoice. Some improvements are needed in your logistics processes. Hope I helped to improve your customer service. Artikel wie beschrieben. Schneller Versand, Bezahlung via Paypal verlief reibungslos. Dockingstation funktioniert. Leider ist kein Power Kabel für die Stromversorgung wie auch Adapteraufsätze im Lieferumfang dabei gewesen. Selber nutzen wir die selbe Dockingstation im Büro. Daher weiß ich das es dieses Kabel und Adapter im Umfang gibt.

Le dock commandé devait avoir 2 ports HDMI et 2 DisplayPort. Le dock que j'ai reçu ne correspond pas à la description puisqu'il ne comporte qu'une sortie HDMI et une sortie DVI Le but était de connecter 2 écrans sur mon portable, ce que j'ai réussi à faire malgré tout... donc ça va

La station d'accueil marche très bien, mais je trouve que dans la présentation il manque le fait que le câble d'alimentation pc et les adaptateurs ne sont pas fournis Dommage !
